| Title: Owners may apply for a title just like a motor
vehicle. |

| Title Elimination: Owners may eliminate title and
record the home with their land as real property (RCW 65.20.030
Clarification of type of property and perfection of security
interest; WAC 308-56A-505(1) Elimination of manufactured home
title-eligibility), or |

| Remove Title Elimination: Owners may have their
manufactured home removed from real property tax roles and re-title
it (WAC 308-56A-505(2) Elimination of manufactured home
title-eligibility). |

| Manufactured Home Movement: Owners may move their
manufactured home with a move permit which can be obtained fro the
County Assessor. Requirements vary depending on whether the
manufactured home is real or personal property. |

| Documents Required for Mobile Homes
That Are Not Being Moved: |

|
- Washington State Title or Affidavit in Lieu of Title with
proper signatures
- Excise Tax Affidavit from the County Auditor's Office
- Notarized signature of every registered name to be shown on
the new title
- Name and address of lien holder
- Proof from the Assessor-Treasurer that property taxes are
paid.

That Are to be Moved: |

- Washington State Title or Affidavit in Lieu of Title with
proper signatures
- Proof from the Treasurers Office that the property taxes are
current
- Notarized signatures of every registered owners name to be
shown on the new title
- Name and address of lien holder
- Sales tax is due on the purchase price.
